Qualifications

2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel).
Non-profit accounting experience is a plus.

Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Financial Data Entry: Process invoice payments and enter daily deposits using QuickBooks Online.
System Management: Maintain and update financial information within the agency's Access database system.
Reconciliations: Perform monthly credit card and bank reconciliations, along with regular spreadsheet updates.
Reporting Support: Assist the finance team with month-end closing procedures.
Audit & Budget Planning: Provide support for the annual agency audit and assist with annual budget entries into QuickBooks Online.
Administrative Support: Complete other reconciliations and financial spreadsheet updates as needed.
