The Pines at Placerville Healthcare Center seeks a dependable Part-Time NOC Shift Registered Nurse to support our night team. You will provide safe, compassionate resident care on the overnight shift and collaborate with a multidisciplinary nursing team.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled RN with active California licensure and CPR certification, able to work independently while communicating clearly with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active California RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of nursing practices in skilled nursing/long-term care.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect resident information.
• Ability to meet applicable physical and job-related requirements.

Aufgaben

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
• Assess residents and respond to changes in condition.
• Notify physicians and responsible parties of significant changes.
• Administer medications and treatments according to orders and care plans.
• Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation.
• Perform vital signs, assessments, IV starts, and specimen collection as ordered.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Monitor residents requiring increased observation or clinical attention.
• Address resident and family questions professionally and compassionately.
• Promote resident dignity, safety, comfort, and quality of life.
• Provide support to nursing staff and collaborate with CNAs, LVNs, RNs, physicians, and therapy staff.
