Job summary

Volare Health, LLC seeks an LPN at Hillside Heights Rehabilitation Center in Eugene, OR. Part-time, 2-week rotation (Sun-Mon, Mon+Wed). The role involves supervising CNAs, assessing residents, and creating individualized care plans in a long-term care setting.

Pay Ranges from: $37.97/HR - $53.58/HR (based on licensed experience)

Available Schedules: (1) | Part-Time- 2-week Rotation Sun-Mon, Mon + Weds

involving the Geri-Res residency curriculum and a structured onsite mentorship.
