Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for toll roads in Austin, TX. The role focuses on delivering seamless parking experiences, assisting with automated payment systems, and ensuring smooth traffic flow through the facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or high aptitude for technology.
• Availability for special shift requirements; may include 2nd/3rd shift and weekends.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record if driving company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have a seamless parking experience and facilitate traffic flow.
• Assist customers in making payments to automated revenue control equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and manage day-to-day activities of the location.
• Monitor pay-in lanes and assist customers with rates and directions.
• Resolve customer complaints with supervisor assistance when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance; arrive on time for shifts.
