Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse Manager for a 7pm-7am, part-time role in Conway, AR. You will oversee nursing care, manage the Wellness team, and ensure person-centered care for residents.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in good standing in the state of employment.
• Provide direct nursing care, including medication passes.
• Knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of current medication regulation and law.
• Knowledge of care and supervision requirements for residents.
• Experience with memory-impaired residents preferred but not required.
• EMR experience preferred but not required.
• English reading/writing and communication with residents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise in the absence of department heads and lead the Wellness team.
• Assist residents promptly, respond to call lights, and maintain a resident-first focus.
• Document resident assessments and medical records accurately.
• Uphold core Arrow values and provide compassionate, professional care.
