Arrow Senior Living is seeking a part-time Wellness Nurse Manager in Wichita, KS. You will provide hands-on nursing care, including medication passes, and supervise the Wellness team to ensure quick, reliable, and person-centered care for residents.

Requirements include an active LPN or RN license in good standing and knowledge of care standards and medication regulations. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and pass a criminal background check; sign-on bonus of $2,000 is offered

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in good standing in the state of employment.
• Provide direct nursing care including medication passes as needed.
• Thorough knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of current medication regulations and law.
• Experience with memory-impaired residents preferred but not required.
• EMR experience preferred but not required.
• Able to read/write/communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude focused on resident well-being.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Act as Superior Supervisor in the absence of department heads and lead the Wellness team.
• Be available on the floor to assist with call lights and resident needs.
• Diligent documentation of resident assessments and medical records.
• Provide compassionate, professional care ensuring resident safety and well-being.
