Good Samaritan is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for night shifts at the Albion facility. The role involves using the nursing process to deliver individualized resident care, collaborating with families and the care team, and coordinating assessments and education.

A strong nursing background and licensure are required or in good standing under compact licensure. The position offers full-time hours with a robust benefits package, sign-on bonus, and shift differentials for night and weekend

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in state of practice or multi-state licensure.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, and education.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff while ensuring safe patient care.
