Job summary

Good Samaritan Albion is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care in a not-for-profit, Christian environment. This full-time position offers 12-hour night shifts and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care in collaboration with the care team.

Responsibilities include coordination of care, education for residents and families, and standing as charge nurse when needed. Beneficiary programs support full-time and part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current state licensure.
• BSN preferred; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA credentials encouraged.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education and interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and supervise staff as needed.
