Job summary

St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, PA seeks a Registered Nurse for Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital in the Rehab unit. This part-time role covers a 12-hour night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with every-other-weekend duties, totaling about 24 hours weekly.

The RN will work with an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, patient-centered care. Minimum qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Nursing, PA license (or Compact), and BLS certification; a BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania or a Compact State.
• BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to nursing practice standards and performs assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Assist emergent patients and document using the Emergency Room nursing tool.
• Identify patient needs from objective data and document accordingly.
• Implement appropriate nursing actions for patients in care.
• Make decisions reflecting knowledge and sound judgment.
• Discuss care plans with patient/family and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to facilitate patient care.
