Qualifications

• 1–2 years OR experience.
• BSN.
• PA RN License.
• BLS — issued by the American Heart Association.
• Fingerprint Clearance.
• Child Abuse History Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care delivery in the surgical area.
• The professional nurse assumes responsibility for that charge and is accountable for providing a safe environment for the delivery of care to all surgical patients.
