Job summary
Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital's Rehab unit. The role covers 24 hours per week with a 7:00 PM–7:30 AM shift, every other weekend, delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care in a collaborative team.
Minimum qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Nursing, PA RN license (or compact state), and BLS certification. BSN is preferred. Comprehensive benefits, flexible schedules, and free onsite parking are provided.
Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- Current PA RN license or compact-state license.
- BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Adheres to nursing standards and conducts assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care.
- Assists emergent patients and documents using ER nursing tool.
- Identifies patient needs based on data and documents findings.
- Implements nursing actions for identified patients.
- Makes decisions with knowledge and sound judgment.
- Discusses care with patient/family and documents outcomes.
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to deliver care.
