Vivie is seeking a Resident Assistant in Saint Paul, MN to provide hands-on care for residents in a non-exempt, hourly role. The position involves evening hours, including weekends and holidays, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, meals, and wellness activities, while maintaining a clean environment and reporting changes to nursing staff.

Qualifikationen

• Strong collaboration and clear communication with residents and staff.
• Commitment to service with excellence and integrity.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification preferred (MN or WI) but not required at all levels.
• Ability to pass a state background check and read/write/speak English well.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility.
• Support meals, restorative care, and life skills while respecting residents' preferences.
• Encourage participation in social, recreational, and wellness activities.
• Maintain a clean environment through housekeeping, laundry, and organizing spaces.
• Prepare, store, and serve meals, beverages, and snacks in a positive dining experience.
• Monitor and report changes in health or emotional well-being to nursing staff.
• Welcome new residents and assist with transition into their new home.
• Perform other duties to support the team and ensure exceptional care.
