Vivie is seeking a Resident Assistant for part-time evening shifts from 5pm to 9pm in Minnesota. The role pays $19 to $23.65 per hour (non-exempt) and includes benefits such as retirement matching, health coverage, PTO, and development opportunities.

You will assist residents with daily activities, meals, and mobility, support health monitoring, and help residents thrive in a safe, dignified living environment. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Clear and compassionate communication abilities.
• Commitment to serving with excellence and integrity.
• Caregiver experience preferred but not required.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• MN or WI CNA certification preferred and may be required for some levels.
• Ability to pass a state-required background study.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English well enough to communicate with staff, residents, and visitors.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility.
• Support meals, restorative care, and life skills respecting resident preferences.
• Encourage social, recreational, and wellness activities to enhance quality of life.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable environment through housekeeping and laundry.
• Prepare, store, and serve meals, beverages, and snacks.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health or well-being to nursing staff.
• Welcome new residents and help them transition smoothly.
• Perform other duties to support the team and provide exceptional care.
