Vivie is seeking a Resident Assistant in Minnesota to provide hands-on support to residents, assisting with daily activities, meals, and companionship. The role involves helping residents stay safe, respected, and engaged in community life, with a focus on dignity and well-being.

The position is part-time, non-exempt, with a schedule of 16 hours per pay period (Week 1: Sun, Wed; Week 2: Tue, Fri) and every other weekend and holiday. Competitive pay up to $23.65/hr plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Clear and compassionate communication abilities.
• A commitment to serving with excellence and integrity.
• Caregiver or similar experience preferred.
• CNA certification for MN/WI preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, grooming, mobility).
• Support meals, restorative care, and life skills.
• Encourage residents to engage in social, recreational, and wellness activities.
• Assist in maintaining a clean environment through housekeeping and laundry.
• Prepare, store, and serve meals, beverages, and snacks.
