Vivie is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant for night shifts in Minnesota. The role involves assisting residents with daily activities, meals, and personal care while ensuring safety and comfort.

You will support social and wellness activities, maintain a clean living environment, and monitor residents' health in collaboration with nursing staff. Job requires strong teamwork, clear communication, and a dedication to respectful, dignified care.

Qualifications

• Minnesota or Wisconsin CNA certification (preferred).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English well enough to communicate with staff, residents, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility.
• Support residents with meals, restorative care, and life skills, respecting their preferences.
• Encourage residents to engage in social, recreational, and wellness activities to enhance their quality of life.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment through housekeeping, laundry, and organizing resident spaces.
• Prepare, store, and serve meals, beverages, and snacks while promoting a positive dining experience.
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or emotional well-being to nursing staff.
• Welcome new residents and help them transition smoothly into their new home.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and ensure exceptional care.
