Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Part-Time Night LPN at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Georgia. The role provides direct patient care for medical/surgical patients, coordinates with the RN team, and participates in education for patients and staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care under RN supervision and physician orders.
• Coordinate care with RN and health team; inform changes in patient condition.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote self-care at home.
• Complete documentation accurately within established timelines; adhere to regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in staff education and ongoing professional development.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Home Health leadership.
