Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• LPN license required; BLS certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of medical/surgical nursing in an acute care environment preferred.
• Positive leadership, problem solving and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Coordinate care and services with RN and interdisciplinary team.
• Attend staff meetings, in-services and continuing education.
• Support documentation and regulatory compliance within timeframes.
• Participate in call rotation and weekend visits as needed.
