Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for night shifts (10pm–3am). This role supports member interactions, processes transactions at the POS, and promotes fitness programs while maintaining a clean club environment.

The position offers hourly pay with automatic increases at key milestones, PTO, and additional benefits like an employee assistance program and free membership access.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts (10pm–3am) is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
