Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, drivers, visitors, and delivery personnel per site procedures.
• Monitor and control access to the location by verifying credentials and logging entries.
• Assist with vehicle, trailer, and delivery traffic at entry/exit points.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct patrols of warehouse access points, parking, docks, and perimeter.
