Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles; CPR/First Aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and employees by following site procedures and access-control rules.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the commercial real estate facilities, common areas, parking, perimeters and grounds to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and building conditions; report issues per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and emergencies calmly and coordinate with site contacts and responders.
• Complete daily activity reports, incident documentation and patrol logs.

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a commercial real estate location. In this driving patrol role, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver welcoming customer service. You will work with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, caring, teamwork, and integrity while helping create a secure environment for occupants and visitors.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.97 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial real estate facilities, common areas, parking areas, building perimeters, and exterior grounds to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and building conditions; report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and/or emergency responders as appropriate.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
