Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking an experienced RN to join the MRCC in a part-time (.9 Nights) position that is benefit eligible. The access center RN will manage admissions, transfers, and consultations, coordinating hand-offs between providers and MRCC staff.

Responsibilities include triaging HPD patients to connect them with the right physician and responding to critical admissions such as Cath Lab activations or acute stroke events, while maintaining close interdepartmental collaboration.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• 2–5 years of recent RN hospital experience, or 2+ years as a paramedic with 911 exposure.
• Current RN licensure in Minnesota.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions, transfers and consultations as the initial contact.
• Triage HPD patients to ensure proper physician connection.
• Collaborate with MRCC staff on critical admissions and transfers.
