Job summary

St. Francis Nursing Center in Colorado Springs is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse II for night shifts on a part-time basis.

You will work closely with the Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care, performing a full range of nursing tasks and ensuring adherence to the facility’s mission and values. You will demonstrate strong clinical support skills, effective communication, and collaborative practice to promote optimal health outcomes for residents in a 24-hour skilled nursing

Qualifications

• LPN license required to practice.
• Basic Life Support (American Heart) certification required or must be obtained.
• Two years of LPN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe and collect data accurately.
• Communicate findings to RN and adjust care plan accordingly.
• Differentiate priority of risk and urgency in patient care.
• Perform IV therapy or venous blood draws.
• Support continuous evaluation and revision of the care plan with the team.
