Job summary

Wimmer Communities is seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate for the 3rd shift at Forest Ridge Senior Community. The role runs from 11pm to 7am, offering a friendly, fast-paced environment with room for growth.

You will handle calls, greet visitors, assist residents, and act as manager on duty in emergencies, while performing light administrative tasks and maintaining confidentiality across the community.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the order and cleanliness of the receptionist area to provide a professional ambiance.
• Answer phone calls and/or greet walk-in traffic and provide information; record and disseminate information to appropriate staff as needed/required.
• Interactions with residents and families in a manner which contributes to a positive lifestyle for residents.
• Serves as a manager on duty, responsible for responding to building and resident emergencies following company policies.
• Monitor, respond to, and report emergencies involving residents and the building; communicate with emergency services/first responders as needed.
• Maintain resident confidentiality.
• Complete written recording of resident, building, and employee incidents per policy.
• Filing, posting, stocking marketing materials, brochures, flyers, newsletters, etc
• Computer software and program usage, and some administrative tasks will be required.
