Cogir USA is seeking a Concierge for a part-time shift (Monday and Tuesday, 3pm–7pm) at a senior living community. The role centers on delivering exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, greeting residents and visitors, and coordinating services to ensure a welcoming environment.

The candidate will handle phone inquiries, assist with scheduling, and support management with light administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-12 months of customer service or front desk experience in hospitality, retirement community, or office setting.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line telephone and direct inquiries.
• Greet families, residents, guests, and vendors with a smile.
• Maintain visitor logs and monitor access to the community.
• Assist residents with scheduling transportation, activities, or appointments.
• Support management with administrative tasks (data entry, scheduling, etc.).
• Order office supplies.
• Address resident concerns and escalate when needed.
• Complete work orders.
