Qualifications

• Board of Registration in Nursing Examination passed and licensed in MA.
• CPR certification required.
• Three years of inpatient nursing practice with leadership/supervision experience.
• Associate's degree in nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing and non-nursing staff leadership across the hospital.
• Make critical decisions in nursing practice per policies and Nursing Practice Act.
• Collaborate with Administrator-On-Call in emergencies as needed.
• Promote safe patient care and align with PCS initiatives and safety goals.
