Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
• Current American Heart Association CPR certification required.
• Three years of inpatient nursing practice with leadership/supervision experience.
• Associates Degree in Nursing (Required)

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality, safe patient care and zero patient harm.
• Monitor and promote best practices aligned with national patient safety goals and PCS initiatives.
• Support safe care transitions, nursing-sensitive indicators, and positive patient/family experiences.
