Job summary

TRANQUIL LIVING in Chaska, MN is hiring to fill a Full-Time group home caregiver position. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, supporting mobility, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe, respectful environment. Shifts include 7A-3P, 3P-11P, and 8A-8P with weekend and holiday coverage. Expect 1:4 resident ratio, driving the van for outings, light housekeeping, and patient engagement through

Responsibilities

• Cooking
• Light-house duty cleaning
• Laundering patient's garments
• Driving our van with patients to their activities or outings i.e. fishing trips, shopping, games, restaurant, doctor appt, gym, etc...
• Escorting patients to their appointments or events
• Patient interaction e.g. playing board games, yarn works, painting, reading newspaper, walking, reminiscence etc...
