Commonwealth Hotels is hiring for a Part-Time Night Auditor / Overnight Front Desk positions at the Courtyard Memphis East Bill Morris Parkway. You’ll welcome guests, check them in/out, handle reservations, and assist with guest needs while ensuring smooth nightly operations.

This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, familiarity with PMS systems, and the ability to multitask during evening and weekend shifts in a fast-paced hotel environment near the Memphis airport and downtown area.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with reservation or PMS software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out efficiently.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and updates accurately.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Process payments for rooms and services accurately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs.
• Provide information on hotel services, local attractions, and transport options.
• Upsell rooms and hotel amenities to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the PMS and other systems.
