Job summary

Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel in Palm Springs, CA is seeking a part-time Front Office Audit Associate to perform daily audit tasks across the front desk and hotel outlets, ensuring accuracy in room and tax postings and performing nightly system backups.

You will also rebuild front office systems and support reservations and related software maintenance while upholding company accounting policies and delivering warm, professional service to guests.

• Follow management accounting and credit policies and procedures.
• Handle all front desk functions including check-ins, check-outs, payments, reservations, and PBX, delivering prompt and courteous service.
