Responsibilities

• Perform daily audit functions for front office and outlets
• Review room and tax postings for accuracy and correct errors
• Back-up front office computer system and night audit program daily
• Rebuild front office system, reservations and related computer maintenance
• Follow management company accounting and credit policies and procedures
• Handle all front desk functions including check-ins, check-outs, payments, reservations, PBX operation and guest directions
