Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts seeks a Night Audit professional for the Westin Pasadena in Pasadena, CA. The role ensures financial controls and accurate daily reporting, coordinating with Security, Housekeeping, and other departments to deliver quality guest service.

Responsibilities include auditing revenue, balancing accounts, and generating daily summaries. Hotel experience preferred; strong math and computer input skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and ability to use a 10-key for calculations.
• Ability to handle guest and associate concerns in a friendly, positive manner.
• Ability to input information accurately using a moderately complex computer system.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily revenue reports by auditing POS tapes and journals to breakdown revenue, covers, tips, and settlements.
• Run audit reports from front office system, POS, and computer.
• Make corrections and adjustments and address computer problems during shift.
• Input revenue/expenses/allowances into the front office system to generate daily reports.
• Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly and reset systems for next day operations.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
