As a Hotel Night Auditor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring guest satisfaction through check-in, check-out, and attentive coordination of hotel services. You will focus on enhancing each guest's experience by promoting hotel services, facilities, outlets, and providing information about upcoming events and functions in the hotel and surrounding areas. The Hotel Night Auditor also accurately balances and audits the hotel's income and expenses for the 24-hour period.

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Have one year of hotel, customer service, and/or accounting experience.
• Be friendly, customer-centric, knowledgeable of the local area, and enjoy engaging with guests.
• Possess strong computer skills and experience with brand POS systems.
• May fulfill Manager on Duty shifts.
• Register guests efficiently using up-selling techniques to maximize room revenue; handle group check-ins, check-outs, and VIP arrivals; greet and assign rooms; answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Respond swiftly to guest requests or complaints, ensuring follow-up for guest satisfaction. Use creative reasoning to address objections and concerns.
• Balance and audit revenue and charges for accuracy, including room, food and beverage, telephone, and other charges; assist in preparing relevant financial reports.
• Complete and transmit daily management and accounting reports, including customer tracking, market segmentation, and revenue reports.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
