Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston is seeking a Night Manager to oversee overnight operations, lead the Front Desk team, and uphold Four Seasons standards.

You’ll supervise night audit and billing, respond to guest requests, coordinate with all departments, and support overnight staff, with responsibility for up to 3 direct reports and 20 indirect team members.

Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

The Night Manager oversees hotel operations during the overnight shift, leading the Front Desk team, supporting all departments, and ensuring exceptional guest service, safety, and operational excellence in line with Four Seasons standards.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

• 23 years of luxury hotel experience in an operational supervisory role
• Experience with Front Office PMS systems and hotel operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
