Job summary

The Westin Princeton at Forrestal Village in Princeton, NJ seeks a part-time Front Office Auditor to ensure accuracy in daily front desk and outlet audits. You will review postings, back up systems, and support reservations with a focus on guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and flexible scheduling are required to succeed in this role. Excellent communication helps guide guests and colleagues through daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform all daily audit functions for front office and each outlet of the hotel.
• Review room and tax postings for accuracy and correct errors promptly; ensure house charges are posted correctly.
• Complete back-up of front office computer system and night audit program daily (if applicable).
• Complete rebuild of front office system, reservation and related computer maintenance (if applicable).
• Understand and follow management company accounting and credit policies and procedures.
• Responsible for all front desk functions including check-ins, check-outs, payments, reservations, PBX operation and guest directions.
