Responsibilities

• Obtain and assume responsibility for cash bank; handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Control guest checks to prevent loss, theft or mishandling; collect payment and give correct change.
• Check MICROS machines to ensure proper menu setup and operation.
• Fill out floor plan by checking rotation chart; assign side work and post at host stand.
