Job summary

Hearing Screening Associates LLC is seeking a part-time Newborn Hearing Screening Technician for the Hillcrest Hospital South NICU in Tulsa, OK. You will conduct newborn hearing screenings, educate parents, and document results.

Shifts include alternating weekends with 8 AM start and typically 4–6 hours per day. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, healthcare exposure, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year healthcare or childcare experience, or related college coursework is a plus.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to function independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must attend all company-provided training.
• Willingness and ability to learn and operate hearing screening equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct newborn hearing screenings on all infants in NICU and well baby units prior to discharge.
• Communicate relevance of hearing screening to nurses, parents, and patients.
• Analyze and communicate responses to problems per company needs.
• Maintain and use hearing screening equipment and assist with data entry.
