Infant-Hearing-Screening-Specialists is seeking a part-time Newborn Hearing Screener to perform newborn hearing screens in the hospital setting. You will follow IHSS policies, maintain records, and contribute to a quality work environment while upholding HIPAA and infection control standards.

You will operate the newborn screening equipment, coordinate with medical staff, and ensure accurate results labeling, inventory, and compliance with state requirements and hospital guidelines.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Good oral and written communication and basic math skills.
• Ability to operate screening equipment and general office devices.

Mansioni

• Perform newborn hearing screens as assigned in the hospital.
• Follow IHSS and hospital infection control, HIPAA, and safety policies.
• Maintain clean work areas and accurate patient records/logs.
• Label results correctly and report equipment issues promptly.
• Coordinate with medical staff and participate in program meetings.
