Job summary

Impulse Rehab & Wellness in the Greater Chicago Area seeks a part-time Physical Therapist to evaluate patients with neurological and orthopedic conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on interventions to improve mobility and quality of life.

Daily duties include comprehensive assessments, documenting progress, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, educating patients and families on home exercise programs, and supporting wellness activities such as exercise

Qualifications

Strong foundation in physical therapy and rehabilitation.
Knowledge of neurological and orthopedic care best practices.
Excellent patient communication and empathy across diverse populations.
Experience developing home exercise programs.
Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
Proficient documentation using electronic medical records.

Responsibilities
