Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in good standing.
• Individual NPI (National Provider Identifier).
• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal rehabilitation, biomechanics, and movement science.
• Experience with manual therapy and functional rehabilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design and progress rehabilitation programs based on patient needs and goals.
• Educate patients on movement, recovery strategies, and injury prevention.
