Qualifications
- Experience in a NICU for a minimum of two years.
- Must be comfortable working independently as only 1 NNP will be scheduled per shift.
- Current clinical competences and analytical abilities necessary to formulate nursing and medical interventions.
Responsibilities
- Provide assessment, evaluation, and treatment of neonates under the supervision of pediatricians.
- Attend high-risk deliveries, resuscitate, and stabilize patients.
- Participate in ongoing competency assessment programs for nursing staff.
