Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team as a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelez guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues with Mondelez management.
5. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in-store.

What you can expect from us:

• Hourly compensation from $14.00 to $16.00 based on experience

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Able to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed)
• Comfortable downloading and using work-related applications on personal devices
• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and pushing/pulling over 50 lbs, moving products, and stocking shelves
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25 miles of Poinciana, FL, Hain City, FL, or Kissimmee, FL
• Availability required on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
