Join our team of Part-Time Nabisco Merchandisers to fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others.

Responsibilities:

1. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
2. Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’s guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
5. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
6. Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Represent Mondelēz positively and enthusiastically in stores.

Ideal Candidate:

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Able to drive personal vehicle and use work applications on personal device
• Capable of physical activities such as lifting up to 25 lbs, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs, and moving products
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25 miles of Alafaya, FL
• Availability: Wednesday-Saturday
