Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read product descriptions and instructions.
• Strong math skills for handling transactions.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with Shopify or Tessitura preferred.
• Bi-lingual or multi-lingual helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist visitors and provide friendly customer service.
• Manage merchandise displays and pricing.
• Process transactions, returns, and refunds.
• Operate Shopify POS and memberships.
• Maintain store organization and daily sales records.
• Restock merchandise and update displays regularly.
• Answer questions about the arts and museum programs.
