Job summary

Little Rock Athletic Centers LLC is seeking a part-time server to take orders and deliver meals to our members, while maintaining exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. Responsibilities include processing grill orders in the club POS, staying current on the menu, recommending items for allergies, and assisting in food prep when needed.

Must be 21+ to serve alcohol; teamwork, courtesy, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service and member experience.
• Accurately process member’s grill orders.
• Maintain working knowledge of restaurant menu.
• Make recommendations for members with food sensitivities/allergies.
• Assist in preparation of food when necessary.
• Accurately process all member orders in the club POS system.
• Adhere to proper sanitary guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant area per established standards.
• Work special events as necessary throughout the year.
• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order.
• Attend to customers upon entrance.
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen staff in exceeding member expectations at all times.
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive team attitude.
• Issue bills and accept payment.
• Promote loyalty with our members.
• Uphold our principle to “improve the day.”
