Qualifications

• Two or more years of leasing experience required.
• Onisite system knowledge preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and implements monthly property marketing plan.
• Leases apartments and processes applications and leases.
• Maintains occupancy levels and budget compliance.
• Supervises inventory, maintenance supplies and staff.
• Ensures revenue through cost control and NOI optimization.
• Handles delinquent rents and evictions per policy.
• Maintains data in OneSite and follows filing procedures.
