• Two or more years of leasing experience required.
• OnSite system knowledge preferred (OneSite).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and implements monthly marketing plans for properties.
• Leases apartments and handles all lease paperwork.
• Maintain occupancy levels and monitor operating budgets.
• Collects rents and pursues delinquent balances per policy.
• Supervises maintenance coordination and vendor scheduling.
• Ensures compliance with Fair Housing Act and company standards.
