Job summary

Allied Property Management seeks a part-time Multi-Family Leasing Consultant dedicated to delivering excellent customer service. You will generate traffic, qualify prospects, lease apartments, and prepare lease documentation to support high occupancy.

The role involves implementing monthly marketing plans, coordinating with maintenance, and ensuring leases and paperwork are completed accurately. Strong communication skills and bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of leasing experience required.
• Computer literacy required.
• Ability to perform basic to intermediate math.
• Onesite system knowledge preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement monthly marketing plans for the property/properties.
• Lease apartments and prepare all lease documentation.
• Manage daily activities, service requests, and make-ready priorities.
• Maintain budgeted occupancy levels at approved rental rates.
• Oversee inventory with maintenance supplies and personnel.
• Aim to maximize NOI through cost control and revenue opportunities.
• Prepare operating budgets and occupancy reports.
