Job summary

AMLI Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to support luxury apartment communities across the DFW area, including Frisco and Plano. This role offers exposure to multiple properties, collaboration with diverse teams, and a path for career growth within AMLI Residential.

You will conduct tours, guide prospective residents through leasing, and handle inquiries with exceptional service, while contributing to renewals, move-ins, and resident engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are expected.
• Positive, professional attitude is important.
• Availability to work Saturdays is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver apartment tours and showcase community features.
• Build relationships with prospective residents and guide them through leasing.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online channels with superb service.
• Prepare leases, assist renewals, and support resident retention efforts.
• Coordinate move-ins and facilitate a seamless resident experience.

AMLI Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to support our luxury apartment communities throughout DFW, including Frisco and Plano. As a multi-site team member, you'll gain experience across multiple communities, work alongside different teams, and develop a broader understanding of property management while helping prospective residents find their next home.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional apartment tours and showcase the unique features of each community
• Build relationships with prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process
• Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries with outstanding customer service
• Prepare leases, assist with renewals, and support resident retention efforts
• Coordinate move-ins and create a seamless resident experience
• Partner with onsite teams to achieve occupancy goals
• Assist with resident events and community engagement activities
• Maintain accurate leasing records and documentation
