Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from a nationally accredited institution.
• Valid licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LICSW) with a minimum of two years.
• Physical ability to perform essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentoring, instruction, professional guidance, practice supervision and oversight of the student’s practicum placement.
• Plan day-to-day learning activities and assignments or coordinate with on-site task supervisor.
• Provide site, agency, and community orientation for students.
• Develop individualized learning contracts addressing CSWE competencies and MSW program outcomes.
• Provide feedback throughout the internship, including mid-year and end-of-year grade recommendations.
• Review and approve weekly timesheets in Sonia.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings conducted by the Field Education team.
