Baptist Health in Louisville, KY seeks a part-time Medical Review Officer Assistant (25 hours) to support the MRO, clients, staff and patients by processing, verifying and reporting drug test results. The role includes drug/breath alcohol collections and data entry, with DOT procedures knowledge.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, medical office experience and hold DOT Collection Certification and Breath Alcohol Technician Certification on hire; on-the-job training will cover data

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Medical office experience.
• DOT Collection Certification upon hire.
• Breath Alcohol Technician Certification upon hire.
• On-the-job training of the Medical Review Officers data collection process

Responsabilidades

• Perform drug and alcohol testing collections when requested.
• Proficient in DOT procedural regulations when collecting drug screens and performing breath alcohol tests.
• Process drug and alcohol test results.
• Collect data on all positive drug test results (excluding collection-only tests).
• Report all positive drug test results to the Medical Review Officer after data is collected.
• Maintain appropriate records on all drug tests.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations in 49CFR Part 40 and related FAA/ FMCSA/ FRA rules.
• Maintain random consortium.
• Perform drug screen collections off-site.
• Maintain good working relationship with clients.
